Possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser 4 \u00e0 5 s\u00e9quences. Possibilit\u00e9 de varier l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Lieu: rdv sur le plateau de Carpent\u00e9 (derri\u00e8re le gymnase du coll\u00e8ge de Grenade) ou au foyer rural de Grenade (en hiver)<\/li>\n<li>Heure: 18h00 &#8211; 19h15<\/li>\n<li>Dur\u00e9e: 1h15 (\u00e9chauffement, 4 \u00e0 5 s\u00e9quences, \u00e9tirements)<\/li>\n<li>Mat\u00e9riel: Chaque participant doit apporter un tapis, une serviette et une bouteille d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Inscription: obligation de s&rsquo;inscrire sur le Whatsapp ETB.\u00a0 Cela permet de conna\u00eetre le nombre de participants.
